Service description

Titanite Shield is a clone detection service for Roblox UGC creators. We fingerprint your registered items using proprietary detection technology and monitor the Roblox catalog for potential copies. We provide alerts and evidence — we do not file DMCA claims on your behalf.

Eligibility

You must be the original creator (or authorized representative) of any item you register for protection. Registering items you do not own is prohibited and may result in account termination.

What we provide

• Side-by-side comparison data for DMCA evidence
• Dashboard access for managing protected items

Limitations

Detection is probabilistic, not absolute. We cannot guarantee identification of every clone — sophisticated modifications may evade detection. Confidence scores indicate similarity likelihood, not legal certainty. You are responsible for evaluating matches before taking action.

Roblox data

Titanite Shield accesses publicly available data from the Roblox platform (catalog listings, thumbnails, mesh files). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and "UGC" are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.

Acceptable use

Do not use Titanite Shield to harass other creators, file fraudulent DMCA claims, or automate bulk actions against other users. Abuse results in permanent account termination.

Billing

Free tier is free indefinitely. Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — access continues through the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Liability

Titanite Shield is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for missed clones, false positives, or actions you take based on our alerts. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via dashboard notification.
