What Titanite Shield is

Titanite Shield is a clone detection service for Roblox UGC creators. The scanner is free — you can check any item against our database at no cost. Paid plans add continuous monitoring, automatic alerts, and DMCA evidence generation.

We provide detection and evidence. We do not file DMCA claims on your behalf — that's your decision and your responsibility.

Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Titanite Shield, consistent with Roblox's minimum age requirement. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian review these terms.

Your responsibilities

• Don't abuse the scanner — rate limiting is in place, and circumventing it will get your account banned
• Don't use Shield to harass other creators or file false DMCA claims
• Only register items you actually created (or are authorized to protect)
• If you file a DMCA based on Shield's evidence, that claim is yours — Shield provides evidence, not legal advice

Our responsibilities

We do our best to detect clones accurately, but detection is probabilistic — not perfect. Specifically:

• We cannot guarantee we'll catch every clone
• False positives are possible (we work hard to minimize them)
• The service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or updates
• Confidence scores indicate similarity, not legal certainty

Payments

The scanner is free forever. Paid plans (Pro and Unlimited) are billed through Stripe, either monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Roblox

Titanite Shield accesses publicly available data from the Roblox platform (catalog listings, thumbnails, mesh files). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and "UGC" are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.

Liability

Titanite Shield is provided "as is" without warranty. We're not liable for missed clones, false positives, or actions you take based on our alerts. Maximum liability is limited to fees you've paid us in the 12 months before any claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
